Housekeeping

I typically update my driver twice a year once at the end of summer while getting ready for Back to School and once at New Years.  Here is the direct link:  https://support.prometheanworld.com/product/activdriver

This is also a great time to wipe down or quick vac any areas that might get those fuzzy dust bunnies:)

Touch Issues

If you experience touch issues with your ActivBoard Touch or ActivPanel, check that your USB cable is connected to the ActivBoard/Panel and your computer.  If you unplug the USB, pause, and replug you should hear a chime that the two devices are talking to each other.  If you do not and touch is still not working, visit this link https://support.prometheanworld.com/product/activdriver and update your ActivDriver.  After updating your driver, you will need to restart your computer.  If this doesn’t fix the problem, test a friend’s USB that you know is working.
